Egg hunt at the Gigliotti's

We went over to our friend's the Gigliotti's (Gates' family) for Easter dinner and another Egg hunt. My kids had had two already...we did not need another drop of candy, but we still had a great time!

Gates and Lily are checking out eachother's baskets.

Gates and Lily

You can tell I was the one that was following Henry and had the camera...most of the hunting shots are of him. But after two egg hunts already, he had really gotten the hang of it! He was so cute!!

What a great day! Happy Easter!

Easter Pics

Here's an attempt at some Easter Pictures...it sure is harder than it looks!

Our sweet elderly neighbor, E-E, adores our kids. She gave them little ceramic Easter bunnies. Neither of them would put them down all day! Henry got a "boy bunny"...

And Lily got a "girl bunny"...

My happy little man! I mean, seriously. How can you get mad at this face?!! He has a ton of words now, but I think my two favorites are when he asks: "what's that?", and I tell him. He'll reply, "Oh!" It's adorable. And his yes is an enthusiastic "Yeah!". So cute. I could just eat him up!!

He realllllly wanted to throw this rock in to our neighbors fountain...can't you tell?

Me and my sweet girl.

Trying to get one of Andrew and I...sigh. Brittany! We NEED you!!!!! :)

Boston, MA

It's taking me too long to document this trip...so I'm just gonna put up a bunch of pics with quick descriptions and be done with it!! :) Andrew and I had a fabulous weekend getaway to Boston while the kids hung out with MeMe and Poppa. We had some amazing food, walked all over the city (Following the Freedom Trail), even jogged to Bunker Hill from our hotel! We stayed in a terrific hotel in a great location on the water. It was a perfect trip. I love traveling with Andrew.

Waiting for Adam and Sarena! They drove in from CT to have dinner with us. We were so excited!

After dinner. (Sarena brought Mom's bday and mother's day presents for me to bring back)

We also got Adam a Master's visor...he put it on as soon as we gave it to him and wouldn't take the tag off. Goofball. It was so great to see them.
We rode the train out to Harvard

This is the Freedom Train. Seriously, a red line painted through the entire city leading you to historic landmarks. It was awesome.

There were a lot of very old cemetaries...

Ahhh. Mike's Pastry. We stopped there every night.

An old Navy boat in dry dock.

Eating some clam chowder!

Unfortunately, there was a bit of this too...Andrew's work is never done. :(

I have so many more pics...but you get the gist. Such a great time.

Lily loves LIFE!

Lily's favorite breakfast cereal has been Life for a long time. They had a promotion a while back to get your own cereal box, so we had to do it! She was pretty excited when she saw it!

Goofing Around

I call Lily my little "Punky Brewster". She has become quite creative with her outfits lately; wanting to mismatch shoes and socks, and layer everything. Dresses on top of pants, or skirts under dresses. I try to be flexible...but sometimes it's just too hideous and I have to say no. This one was cute....

Henry loves books and they are a great way to occupy him in the car!

Lily is always trying to do some sort of trick lately, and I caught Henry trying to imitate her. Ha ha. This is a total "Lily move."

The kids love airplane rides...

And Lily usually does some other kind of trick. Andrew calls her his circus performer!

The Masters Practice Round

Andrew, my dad and I got to go to the first day of practice rounds for the Masters Golf Tournament at Augusta National golf course. Andrew has put his name in the raffle for the tickets for the last three years, and he finally got them! My mom watched our kids, and we headed out on our two hour drive to the golf course. From the time we reached our exit off the interstate, to the time we finally parked the car was 2 more HOURS! But we kept reminding ourselves that it would all be worth it, and it was! What a fabulous day!
