Various

Mid-Winter break for the Clarkes this week and we met up at Mom and Dad's to play. Here is Lily and Bubby singing songs with Grandma/GiGi (that's what Lily calls her). It was cute!

Tickle time on the couch with Grandpa! Kaylin and Ethan are in there too!

Getting ready to go out on a walk...Henry tried out the umbrella stoller for the first time and LOVED it. Lily pushed him almost our entire walk too, and kept saying: No help me Mommy! Such a big girl!

Quite the helper these days...she loves doing the dishes with me; she is the "rinser". Love it!

Valentine's Day 2010

We are continuing my in-laws tradition of a special breakfast on Valentine's Day morning. My mother-in-law gave us some neat plates a few years back, but they are glass...so Andrew and I used those and Lily and Henry have plastic ones. Anyway...we had heart pancakes! Yum!

Lily, telling Henry all about it!

My sweet Valentines!!!

Andrew's Valentines!! :)

Andrew and I got to go out for a "grown-up" dinner that night and had a wonderful time. 6 years ago today was our official "1st date"....what a fabulous 6 years it has been!!!

Snow Day!

WOW! Snow in Macon! Here are some pictures of our snow day! This is from when is first started. Lily and Andrew headed out...and ended up on the news too!
I was sure it would not stick.

But....it started to stick!

Andrew took Lily out to teach her how to throw snow balls!

Obviously having a great time!

Henry and I didn't go beyond the porch...too wet and cold for us!

It doesn't snow often in GA so we don't have very good "snow gear". Fleece gloves and hats don't keep one dry very well. Look at these cold, rosey cheeks! Of course, she didn't care one bit and wanted to go back out the second she came in! She LOVED the snow.

Of course, it melted by the next day...but it was fun while it lasted!

6 months today!

Henry is 6 months old today! For the most part, he is one happy baby! He loves his sister - most of the time, aways has a smile for the camera, loves to jump in his activity jumper, rolls all over the floor, sucks on his toes -- or anything else he can get in his mouth. We are still trying to get the night-time sleeping thing down...unfortunately, but he's taking pretty good naps. Usually about 1 hour in the am and 2 -3 hours in the afternoon!

That is one happy little guy! Sitting up is so much fun!!

And of course, Lily wanted to try sitting up in the boppy too...

Too busy playing with toys...couldn't get a smile this time.

A really big bed!

Andrew and I got tired of "storing" this queen bed which ended up half on Lily's floor, the other half shoved in our closet. So, we decided it will now be Lily's bed. We stuck her crib/toddler bed in the attic, and Lily now has a queen sized bed. Little did I know how hard it would be to find cute, little girl bedding in queen sized...not to mention the fact that Lily really wanted something blue! So this is what we finally found (and no, it does not match her green walls...but oh well.)

So here is my goofball making her "funny face" with no pants on (we are in the midst of potty training...) on her new big bed!

New room! Now lets just hope she stays in HER bed all night long!! :)

Yay! We love Lily's new bed!

Andrew and Henry checking out the action

Everyone's excited!
