Halloween 2010

This year for Halloween we decided to try "Ridge", the popular trick-or-treat neighborhood in Macon, with some friends. Trick-or-treating was also on Saturday this year, because Halloween was actually Sunday but Macon decided to celebrate it on Saturday.

Lily (a fairy), and her friend Gates (the fireman)

Henry, the Lion

the fairy...

All the kids' feet started hurting after a while and they all ended up on daddy's shoulders. Lily and Andrew with Gates and Chris.
This was toward the end of the night so the passy was in...he was DONE! But, I managed to get a good picture. He's such a sweet boy.

My cute fam. I love this pic.

Lily's first slumber party

Lily and Memphis Blasche had their first slumber party! She didn't come over until about 4:30, but we soon left for pizza and then played at the park. Came home for baths and a little TV watching. Bedtime was at 8 and they giggled until around 9pm. This is a picture of them after they woke up at 6:45am...they both look a bit tired still....

Pancakes for breakfast!
Some "arts and crafts"

Heading home.

I wish all slumber parties would stay this easy! We'll take Memphis any day! I know they will get wilder as they get older....but we had a great time with Memphis "staying all night long", as Lily said.

Lily's week with CoCo

CoCo is the "mascot" for Lily's preschool class. Every week, a kid gets to bring home CoCo and is suppose to take pictures with them during that week and make a scrapbook page for the class scrapbook. Here are our pictures from our week with CoCo the Toucan!

Noah's Ark Animal Refuge

We went to Noah's Ark with the Gigliotti's one afternoon, as well as a pit stop to the outlet mall! This place is a small animal rescue with a lot of tigers, bears, lions, monkeys...it was neat! The animals are also a lot closer than they are in the zoo, so you can really see them!

In this enclosure, there was a lion, tiger and bear...oh my! (How can you NOT say that?!?) Anyway, apparently they do not get along in the wild, but these three grew up together since they were babies and are all buddies. I couldn't get a picture of all three together, but here is the lion and tiger.

A bunch of kids, including our two 3 year olds, were chasing after this poor bunny. I'm sure it's not the first time...
