Fun at the park

We also went to the park while the Biddison's were still in town. It was HOT, but the kids all had a good time! Here is Lily riding the toy with her cousins Amber and Jake.

Lily liked finding big pieces of bark... but thankfully doesn't eat them...just carries them around until she finds a bigger one.

She also went down the slide all by herself! At first, we had to help her get up the steps and situated at the top of the slide. But, by the end of the day, my mom had her walking up and going down all by herself! What a big girl!! :)

Hmm. Do you think she liked the swings?!?! :)

Braves Game

Andrew and I, my sister Emily and brother-in-law Dave and their son Tyler went to a braves game while they were still in town. This was before the game started, but even still...there weren't many people there. We went on a week night...so not a very big crowd. But, we didn't care...we got great seats and the Braves won!

Sharp Family Reunion 2008

Just got back from our family reunion in Destin, FL for a week. We had a fabulous time! Lily got to play with her 15 cousins and 10 aunts and uncles! What fun! Here are a few pictures of our fun week.

The waves made Lily a bit nervous...she got a little better as the week went on, but she stuck to land most of the time. Definitely my child! :)

Lily and her cousin Hannah liked playing in buckets of water on the beach (great idea grandma!). What cute girls! Hannah is 4 months older than Lily. They got along really well...shared food, sippy cups...you know... Hannah always wanted to give Lily hugs. They were cute.

Not sure what I am doing here....hmmm...but I have my ever present shadow with me! :)

Fun at the pool!

Mom/Grandma with her girls....me, Emily, Mom, Brittany, Tami and Meagan (Sarena and family got up early and headed home already). I've got terrific sisters! For the amount of time we all spent together last week...I still think you guys are the best! :)

Game night! Well, every night was game night, after the kids all went to bed. Usually the boys watched TV and the girls played cards. We are playing spoons here...which I won, by the way. I didn't cheat, Britt! :)

Dancing Queen

I love it how all babies have their own little way to dance. Lily likes to dance in her carseat the best...it cracks me up every day so I had to get it on video.

I tried to capture Lily's new vocabulary on video; it is hilarious. She definitely believes she is truly talking, and it is the cutest thing! She also nods (her whole body, usually) for "yes", and points at everything she wants. She waves at everyone, including strangers in the grocery store line; such a flirt already! She is a lot of fun and makes me laugh every day.
