Lily's latest...

Hey! Look at me!!! So how does this crawling thing work? I just can't quite figure it out yet.

This is serious business. Don't bother me. I must concentrate.

This passy looks huge!! It covers my whole face! But I have to start using the big-girl passy now, so I guess it's OK. I love to stand up...if someone will hold my hands. I wobble all over, but could do this all day long.

I got a new eating chair...it's great! I can bang on the tray really hard too!

Grandma came to visit today! I always love it when Grandma comes! She makes me laugh, and takes me on walks and reads me books. My mom and dad got to go see a movie too! Aren't Grandma's wonderful!??!?! :)

Meagan's wedding weekend

My sister Meagan married Chris in the mormon temple in Washington DC this past weekend. Here are a few of the highlights from our trip.

Me and my sisters: Emily, Sarena (sister-in-law) and Tami. Britt was the wedding photographer so she was a little busy and we couldn't get her to pose with us.

Pictures at the reception/ring ceremony with all the kids (unfortunately, all of the nieces and nephews weren't able to come). But we have Lily with Makenzie, Allie and Trevor on the top row, and Jared, Karinn, Ethan and Kaylin in front (Hannah was asleep...).

Lily and her dad; after a very long day, she still had some smiles left! What a good baby!

We went downtown to the Smithsonian on Sunday afternoon. It was very crowded, but we got to see some cool stuff. We also had a very cold walk back to the cars! Lily is under the blanket, in the baby bjorn, inside Andrew's coat! I think they said it was in the 20's that day...a little chilly for the GA bunch!
Overall, it was a great weekend. We had so much fun seeing our family and friends. Congratulations to Meagan and Chris, who are off sunbathing in the carribbean!!

Redneck baby

Andrew bought Lily some Carhart overalls and was so excited when I finally let him put them on her. I think we were going to a hockey game...among many other rednecks....I found it to be the perfect occasion! ;)

This video is of Lily in her jumperoo/saucer. She's finally figured out how to bounce, and I find it quite amuzing!

Lily, 7 months old

Can you believe it?! 7 months have flown by. She's sittin' up by herself now, babbling much more, finally getting more hair, and getting her first teeth!! Always a new adventure!

Happy New Year!

We spent New Years Eve with our friends the Barr's at their house on St. Simons Island, GA. We had a great time! It was a bit chilly, but we still had to take a walk on the beach.

We held on 'til midnight, although just barely! Funny how priorities change when a baby is around. That clock keeps on tickin'!! :)

We stopped by to see MeMe and Poppa on our way out of town. What a cute pair!
