Lily Week 9

Lily can sit up, propped up on pillows...not really. She's about to fall over!

She got her first shots today. See the bandaids? She got two shots in each leg. She was really brave, actually. Braver than her mom! She cried a little, but stopped as soon as they were finished. And she even smiled at the doctor. She weighs 11.8lbs and is 23 1/4 inches long. She's growing like a weed!

Lily is looking up at her dad, sitting on the couch. What a cute face!

Lily went in a pool for the first time with Grandma. As you can tell by the look on her face, she's not sure what to think.

Lily Week 8

Week 8 was an eventful one. Lily started smiling! This is her smiling at Andrew when he was home for lunch one afternoon.

She also found her fist!

Lily Week 7

We went to Amelia Island for an ENT conference. This is Lily and Andrew at lunch. It was too hot and sunny for little Lily to be outside very long, but we still had a nice, realaxing weekend.

We sat by the indoor pool because there were no available umbrellas outside to shield us from the sun.

Once again, sleeping on dad's chest.

Auntie Gray came to visit for the weekend while Andrew was in Toronto, Canada for a wedding.
